Refund policy

Overview

At TCG Foundry, all products are made to order with care and precision. Because of that, for most items we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size/color choices.

Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items)

If your order arrives damaged or there is a defect or error in the product (wrong item, missing parts, manufacturing flaw), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We require photos showing the issue. If we confirm the damage or defect, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the item, or
• Send a replacement, or
• Issue a refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started. After production has begun, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

Return Window, Fees & Shipping

• Return Window for Defective/Damaged: Within 7 days after delivery.
• Who Pays Return Shipping: If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover reasonable shipping costs for returning or replacing the item.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused (aside from the defect) and in their original packaging (when applicable).

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, we will process it within 5 business days back to the original payment method. If a replacement is offered, we will ship it as soon as possible after approval.
